Beware! Fake brand products!! My cartridge was a total fake and when I addressed it to customer service asking for my cash back they completely ignored me. I’m Beyond outraged by this and will be sharing this experience and reporting this further. The audacity this company has to sell fake crap and make people sick on it is repulsive!!
I use to go to the actual store and purchase directly from them but decided to give delivery a shot and I’m disgusted!! Shit customer service and fake bullshit. Not even a refund from these clowns!UsefulFunnyCool -

Horribly dry buds, terrible product. I have been a steady customer for months but I will never buy here again. What a shame.
I greatly appreciate the response from Ahmet but at this time the product doesn’t justify the price. It’s borderline shake at top shelf cost.

Mistakes on their website. I ordered something that was listed. Got told it’s not in stock. They offered an alternative. Same quantity/weight and TWICE the price. No SORRY. Nothing. I told them I’m a loyal customer with points. The replies were all very corporate, almost like talking to robots. Horrible service. They don’t own their mistakes. They don’t try to correct their mistakes.

Way over priced!
Street prices when it was illegal. 45 minutes of trying to place an order and they bill you for the tip before the service. And to top it off they add a $10.00 shipping fee to the delivery.A month ago I left a review on their site about a really lame product they sell, for them and their customers to be aware of, but they didn’t post it.
That means they control the narrative to their advantage. They don’t put up bad reviews, the consumer isn’t informed and they keep selling it.
Forget honesty and integrity and damn the customers. It’s all about the money!!!

I’m sorry you felt you had a bad experience with us. We charge delivery fees when orders do not make the minimum for free delivery. When you messaged us about the delivery charge we immediately removed it. The tip is only asked for in advance because you chose the prepaid option. If you would have paid with the driver you could have applied the tip then. You can also pick no tip, which you did, and either not tip or tip in person with cash. When you asked for a refund and we immediately cancelled and refunded your order. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

No lab test sticker? fakes? The stiiizy pods they delivered don’t have any lab testing on them. I called the company and they said they’re only doing lab testing for every pack of 5 but could send me a picture of the lab test. Then I called stiiizy and the girl said Kushfly isn’t an authorized dealer. Not a single review mentions the brand. What’s going on here? Surely I am not the only one who has been suspicious of this.

Will never use or recommend again. My first time trying this service was a little rocky, I had to call in my order, which I was OK with since it was my first experience with them, then I had to text my photo ID with my face to a random sales person. Who I assume was also my delivery person. They arrived fairly soon after. I thought it was good since I didn’t have to leave my house!
My second time however they’d adjusted the service to be able to order online, which I did, and I received an email confirming the purchase and that it was being processed. One hour later I realized I hadn’t heard from them about an estimated time or that they confirmed the items. I went online to my account and it showed it was still being “processed”. Two hours later, after checking periodically still no change or notifications. In the fourth hour I check online again and see that the order has now been CANCELLED. No call, no email, no reason why. I called the number and they answered, dropped the phone, and left me listening to someone else’s call. After a few seconds of “hellos” I hung up. I checked my bank and luckily after a couple of hours I was refunded the $140.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Waste of my time and a severe lack of customer service. With so many other services out there I’m definitely taking my money elsewhere.UsefulFunnyCoolBusiness owner information

I am sorry that you feel that using our service was a waste of your time & that our Customer Service was lacking. However, our office staff tried to reach you multiple times by texting & calling you at the number you listed on your account, and received no response. We have never received an order from you prior to yesterday so as a safety precaution for our drivers, we require all first time customers to send a photo of their ID before sending the order out for delivery. We left your order as “processing” in hopes that you would respond to us and we could deliver your package but after hours of no response, we canceled the order & refunded your payment.
If there is a possibility that your phone number was input into your account wrong, then we would love to correct that & get an order out to you. We can also send you screenshots if you would like, of the numerous calls / text messages we sent you, along with your account information showing that we do not have any previous orders from you.

Sadly, they do not stand behind their products. They say things like “we are just a distributor” or “you know cartridges aren’t always reliable”. Of course we know these things. But that doesn’t mean we should accept broken products and just eat the $30-60. And as a supplier, you must support the products you provide. A lot of products are not “always reliable”, but that does not mean the purveyor will not return malfunctioning products.
We as the consumer expect to be able to put our trust in who we purchase from. “Maybe you had it in a warm place”….and? It’s California. Maybe during my 1 to 2 hour delivery times (once over 2 1/2 hours), the warm place just might have been your driver’s car. “Maybe you left it in the sun”….no, I place them in a cigar box in a room temperature setting. “Maybe it’s your battery”….again, and? Batteries are fairly standard. If I purchased a car-part that cracked on first use, they would not tell me to shove it–they would exchange it. Then they pull the 72-hr policy. So what they are saying here is that if you order multiple products, you must try them all immediately or you are sore-out-of-luck. This might be ok with greens or edibles, but NOT OK for cartridges. I order multiple at a time.
Let’s talk delivery times. I have used Kushfly for a few years now. Their delivery policy used to be under an hour. (I do believe they have since increased those times.) Of my 38 ORDERS I have placed with them, I can count on 1 hand the number of times that I have received my delivery in under 1 hour. And I usually order during off-peak hours.

The worst experience I’ve had ever with a delivery service. I ordered and At 6:11 they text me saying it would be 60 to 90 minutes. At 7:44 I text are you getting close to which I received a message saying that my delivery would be delivered by or before 845. I find this completely unreasonable that they didn’t tell me it would be up to a 2 1/2 hour wait for a delivery.
The young lady who called who was pleasant enough, though tried to tell me that their driver had to stop and go to the bathroom which shouldn’t delay the delivery an entire hour. As well if that were the case why wouldn’t they have been honest in the beginning and just text running late had to take a piss. I understand the circumstances with COVID-19 and what not but if it’s going to be 2 1/2 hours they should let you know up front instead of stringing you along.
More than anything I hate being lied to. Especially by people I’m trying to give money to.UsefulFunny 1Cool -

This place stinks in every way. Product didn’t work, overcharged, and the rudest customer service I have ever experienced.
I read their response, one lie after another. The truth is they claim to service all of CA but are in over their head, product quality stinks and most importantly their staff is VERY rude. I am still in dispute with them over a charge. Simply put, go somewhere else.

Beware of their buy 2 get 1 free deal! Apparently putting in the notes that you want this deal isn’t enough. You need to put 3 in your cart for the discount to apply. Terrible first experience and even worse customer service. Was offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. No thanks. Plenty of other options out there.

Zero stars if I could…. I ordered $600 worth of “1000mg” edibles. Ya more like 10mg edibles. What a waste of money.
Not only that, I’ve reached out to the company twice.. and never got a response.
I definitely would not recommend ordering edibles from them. And I will definitely never be shopping here again.
Update: I’ve been told multiple times that I would receive a resolution. Then last night I was told I would get a refund. But then today I am being told there’s nothing they can do?
All this back and forth. Such poor customer service.Yes I opened the edibles because I needed a shit ton to get high. And no one got back to me when I tried to get a hold of them. THEN FINALLY someone gets back to me and assured me it would all be fixed. KNOWING I already opened them, I was still told I’d receive credit/ refund.
Y’all spend your money elsewhere and def don’t buy their edibles. They’re weak.

This was my first time here and last. They say they deliver anywhere in Los Angeles so i placed my order. I received an email that my order was processing. Then they sent me an FEDEX number that was wrong. I waited three days for my edibles that never arrived, so I canceled my order. I never receive my refund, had to call my bank to refund my account. The customer service here is the worst.

Totally unprofessional and NOT LEGAL – they sell illegal products and when I called once I realized that the edibles I bought were illegal and they had NO EFFECT at all I received the worst customer service possible. Don’t waste your time – there are plenty of legal and professional options.

Definitely would’ve liked the heads up that a strain I ordered was out of stock and being replaced with a strain I don’t like.
Also don’t know why everyone is talking about the great first time customer gift. I got 4 empty cones tossed randomly into the bag. That’s all of… a quarter’s value? And two of them aren’t even useful because they’re all crumpled.
Between price and reliability, probably won’t try it again.

I would recommend literally ANY other dispensary than Kushfly.
A timeline of my experience with Kushfly:
– 11:05 PM arrive at LAX
– 11:15 PM placed order at Kushfly (375$ order which trumps their min order and delivery fees etc etc. no problems there.)
– 11:25 PM receive a call from Kushfly saying a flavor I ordered was sold out, gave me option to change my order, and then told me my order should arrive by 12:45 AM. At this point I am impressed with the quality of service I received.
– 12:45 AM still no delivery driver, no communication from Kushfly.
– 1:00 AM order is officially late, try to call and dispatchers are out of office for evening. Start reading online similar experiences of other customers.. My moral starts to run off.
– 1:20 AM still sitting in my hotel with the sliver of hope I’ll still get my goods. I also personally would never fall asleep waiting for the pizza delivery driver, so god help me if I’d do that for my $400 cannabis order. It’s just the worst because I would feel like such an ass to fall asleep when someone was driving all over at 1:00 AM, but at some point I need to go to bed.You guys run a cannabis delivery service. I repeat, a cannabis delivery service. Aside from the legal end of the business, this is the most straight up business model every. Get an order, process it, deliver it.
I would 100% understand if for some reason my order needed to be cancelled. I wouldn’t even be an ounce mad… Instead, I’m sitting up at 1:30 AM and waiting for an order, I’m afraid just isn’t coming. How hard would it be to give me a heads up??? I’ll answer that, it wouldn’t be hard at all.
I would literally rather smoke K2 than give this business any of my money.
Sincerely a would have been customer victim of the classic “Weedman says he’s an hour away and never shows up”.
